Bank Holiday Staycations in St Andrews and The East Neuk of Fife

Spring is officially here – the days are longer, nights lighter, and it’s Bank Holiday season! With four glorious long weekends that await being spent in the Scottish Sun (we hope!) until the end of May, we could think of no better way than to spend them in this beautiful corner of Scotland. Did you also know Fife is one of the driest places in the country?

Whether you prefer a countryside escape, removing yourself from reality and getting lost in books, or a modern apartment right in the heart of town, we have something to suit all requirements and budgets.

Here is all we have got to look forward to over the next couple of months, and where you can enjoy them:

Easter Bank Holiday weekend (7th – 10th April 2023)

A weekend made for indulging and exploring, here are some homes we have left available from 7th – 10th April:

May Isle – One bedroom rural cottage in Crail

Escape reality and unwind in this countryside retreat, boasting a private garden overlooking the Isle of May. Dogs are welcome.

3 nights available from £495.00

Double Green House – Four bedroom home in centre of St Andrews

The epitome of luxury, this newly renovated home is perfect for those looking for a base for a larger group.

3 nights available from £2,560.00

Looking for something to do with the kids? Head along to Teasses Estate’s Easter Egg-stravaganza, taking place 8th April from 10am – 4pm. Enjoy Easter egg hunts, arts and crafts, and some cute animal visitors.

Early Spring Bank Holiday (28th April – 1st May 2023)

Warmer weather is expected, and you can take advantage of our array of award winning beaches practically on our homes’ doorstep.

Kittocks Muir & Kittocks Den – Three bedroom cottages five minutes from the centre of St Andrews

Whilst in a rural location, the heart of St Andrews is just a short drive away. Enjoy the Fairmont’s facilities, just over the road, including discounted spa access exclusively available for Kingask guests. Dogs are welcome.

3 nights available from £591.20 each

3 Castle Terrace – Three-bedroom coastal home

A beautiful, pet friendly home perched just 100m from Crail’s famous harbour and Lobster shack

3 nights available from £648.60

The King’s Coronation (5th – 8th May 2023)

A bonus to our selection of Spring’s long weekends for this year, here are some available homes:

Crail Cottages – Rural country homes just a five-minute walk from the centre of Crail

A selection of country cottages with sea views to be enjoyed from their private gardens.

The Nuttings – 3 nights available from £570.00

Kirkmay Cottage – 3 nights available from £570.00

Lairdsgate – 3 nights available from £720.00

1 Howard Place – Five-bedroom exceptional home in the heart of town

Situated on one of the most sought after locations, stay directly opposite where our future King William lived whilst he studied in St Andrews.

3 nights available from £2,801.80

Late Spring Bank Holiday (26th – 29th May 2023)

An even more exciting one this year for us, the Radio 1 Big Weekend is coming to Dundee’s Camperdown Park.

Kittocks Corner is ideally situated for easy access to the East Neuk and St Andrews, and only a 30-minute drive from Camperdown Park.

3 nights available from £520.00
