Father’s Day in St Andrews

Turn this Father’s Day in to the best one yet – book a weekend stay in the home of golf and treat the Fatherly figure of yours to a weekend to remember.

When booking with Kingask, you can utilise our vast array of guest exclusive discounts, from discounted tee times to money off your meals out – we’ve got everything covered.

Stay and play for less

We have partnered with the Fairmont Hotel to provide our guests with discounted rack rates at both of their World Class golf courses – the Kittocks and Torrance. Save up to £50 per person at both of the Fairmont’s World Class golf courses. Proof of Kingask residency must be provided when booking with the Fairmont. All tee times must be pre-booked and paid for at the Fairmont Reception on arrival. Summer rates £70/person, May to October (rack rate price £120). Winter rates £45/person, November to April (rack rate price £70)

Don’t let the rain stop your play, if you’re unlucky to get some wet weather during your visit and would rather keep undercover, head over to the Indoor Golf Centre. Our guests will receive 20% off all bay charges.

The Indoor Golf Centre is also staffed by Golf Techs and a team of experienced PGA professionals, so you’re the in good hands!

Make it a family affair

Bring everybody along on the St Andrean adventure – even the dog! This is the perfect time of year to explore, the vast beaches that surround us make for a great day trip, with numerous quaint fishing villages and their cobbled Wynds scattered along the coast.

For anybody that doesn’t fancy a day on the Fairways, treat yourself to a day at the Fairmont Spa, or some treatments at Jayne McGhie’s skin clinic, with whom we have partnered with to bring you a selection of tailored packages. Find out more about our exclusive guest discounts here.

Back to golf – if you all want to dabble in it together, The Himalayas putting green is found between The Old Course and West Sands. Open every day and suitable for all ages, for only £4/adult and £2/under 16, enjoy a round of an 18 or 9-hole round.

The Old Course is closed for play on a Sunday, so this is the perfect opportunity to walk in the footsteps of golfing legends, and of course, get an obligatory photo on the Swilcan Bridge!
