Longer nights, lighter mornings and spirits are lifted, March is the month we can officially wave goodbye to Winter. Hello Spring, how we have missed you!

Historical towns and quaint fishing villages surrounded by a magical coastline, St Andrews and The East Neuk of Fife offer a wealth of things to do for visitors of all ages and interests. This month is an exciting one, with a variety of events to look forward to, make the most of the off-peak holiday home prices and come along and enjoy them with us.

 St Andrews Cocktail Week

Discounted food and drink throughout St Andrews, what’s not to love?! The town’s biggest ever cocktail event, participating venues throughout town, including restaurants, cafes, and bars, are offering wristbands holders exclusive discounts for the week. A perfect way to sample all of the town’s delights, and at a discount!

St Andrews Cocktail Week will take place from the 24th March – 2nd April. Wristband’s can be purchased online here, for £6.00.

StAnza Poetry Festival  

Scotland’s international poetry festival, which takes place annually in St Andrews. This year marks StAnza’s 25th anniversary, and it will take place from the 9th – 12th March.

The festival won the Saboteur Award in 2021 for Best Literary Festival in the UK. The four day period in which it runs consists of a huge range of events, bringing poetry in all its forms to its audiences.

You can purchase tickets here, prices range from £5.00 to £30.00 for membership.

The Big Spring Bash

he Big Spring Bash at St Andrews Botanic Gardens is set to be a fun-filled weekend, consisting of workshops and stalls, live music and a great selection of local food and drink.

With activities suitable for children of all ages, older kids can enjoy pond dipping, nature trails and rocket making, whilst the younger ones can enjoy the early years zone.

The Big Spring Bash will be set over the weekend of 25th and 26th March. Tickets are available to purchase here, adults tickets are £12.00 and children £8.00
