Home | Explore | Families | What’s new at Kingask St Andrews

We have had a busy start to the year here at Kingask, and we are delighted to have taken on an array of brand new properties in time for a busy summer. From a modern 2 bed apartment, to a 5 bedroom luxury townhouse, we have something to suit all requirements and budgets.

14 South Street

Just a stones throw from St Andrews Cathedral, this ground floor apartment is located within a historic building and is impeccably finished throughout. Sleeping up to 4 guests, one of the bedrooms has the flexibility to be made in to either a twin or superking bed. There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area as well as a private, outdoor patio with a seating area to be able to enjoy the summer sun.

Right opposite the property is the famous Jannettas Gelateria, the home of what will probably be the best ice cream you’ll ever try!

1 Howard Place

A newly renovated, traditional Georgian townhouse right in the heart of St Andrews, opposite the previous home of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

This property has the wow-factor. Bursting with character, the interior of this home is immaculately presented with no detail overlooked, yet it retains its traditional charm.

Set over three floors, there is ample space to host groups of up to 10 guests across its 5 bedrooms, and is perfectly suited for friend or family get togethers.

With the best St Andrews bars, restaurants and cafes on its doorstep, and West Sands beach and The Old Course a mere 5 minute walk away, this is the perfect home if you’re looking for a staycation with style.

9 Park Street

A quaint bungalow nestled in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac, 9 Park Street is perfect for smaller groups or families of up to 4 guests looking for a getaway within walking distance to town, yet set back from the business of the centre.

Having recently undergone a face lift, 9 Park Street has been freshly decorated and furnished. The property further boasts a substantially sized private patio to the rear.

Pets are also welcome at this property. The centre of town can be reached within a 10 minute walk, along the beautiful Kinnessburn.

Kilrymont Crescent

Ideal accommodation for families, this detached home is just a 15 minute walk from the heart of St Andrews. Perched on a generous corner plot, Kilrymont Crescent boasts private parking for up to 2 cars, with further on street parking available. The private, fully enclosed garden captures the sun all day long, and is perfect for families with children and dogs.

East Sands beach is easily accessed via a footpath meandering its way through woodland, so no more sand filled cars after a day on the beach!
