Having started with only 2 properties over 25 years ago, Kingask has grown over the years to become one of the biggest independent property rental companies covering St Andrews and the East Neuk. We now have a portfolio of over 40 properties, including some of the most desirable properties in the area.
St Andrews and its surrounding areas are becoming ever popular holiday destinations from a range of different clientele, and we believe the great range in accommodation we offer, offers great value whilst maintaining an exceptional standard. From cosy countryside retreats to large townhouses, we have something to suit all requirements and budgets.

If you are seeking high occupancy rates and maximizing income, we can offer a long-term rental and holiday rental combination, meaning the off-peak season is completely occupied and allowing the property to reopen in time for peak season, summer holiday rentals. For owner’s looking to make use of their homes at times across the year, unlike other rental companies, we do not put a cap on owner bookings and are more than happy for you to do so.
With a wonderful team of cleaners behind us, and a maintenance team on call 24/7, keeping everything ‘in house’ creates a seamless experience for owners and guests alike. Over the years we have nurtured relationships with many local businesses, allowing us to offer owners and guests exclusive discounts at local restaurants, spas, golf and other local activities.
Many of our guests are repeat customers who return year on year and have done so throughout the lifespan of our business. We continue to expand and incorporate the ever-evolving affiliate sites and marketing strategies at our disposal, ensuring our reach is being both optimized and maximized. All our homes are advertised on sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, Cottages.com and Holiday Lettings.
