The property is located within a few short minutes' walk of the first tee of the famous Old Course and award winning West Sands beach. Six out of seven St Andrews Links Golf Courses are within walking distance of the property as are most of the best bars and restaurants that St Andrews has to offer. For families, you are a quick two minute walk from the St Andrews Sea Life Centre, five minutes to St Andrews Castle and Catherdral and ten minutes to the Botanic Gardens. For those typical Scottish dreich (rainy) days, the local cinema is just round the corner.

20 Murray Park is a comfortable and spacious 4 bedroom town house in an ideal position in the centre of St Andrews. Murray Park is around the corner from The Scores and 5 minutes from the Old Course. Additionally, a mere 2 minutes until you are in the middle of North Street and amongst restaurants, cafes and bars. This house would be ideal for a group of golfers or friends who were looking for a base whilst they explore everything that St Andrews has to offer. 
This apartment is set over two floors, the first and second. As you enter the property, you go up a set of stairs to the first floor which has the living room, kitchen/dining room, one bedroom and master bathroom.

Spacious and comfortable living room with TV, wifi and seating for 8. Large windows allow for light to stream in and fill the room.

All keys are collected from our main offices, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.

The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.


DIRECTIONS TO KINGASK OFFICE/RECEPTION:
  • From the Forth Road Bridge take the A92 and follow signs to St. Andrews.
  • Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd.
  • Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees).
  • Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception.
  • The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If you reach the "Fairmount Golf Hotel" then you have gone too far!

Wonderful location for exploring St. Andrews. Everything is a short walk, including the golf courses! The Links shuttle stops right in front! Several top-notch pubs minutes away; and a grocer, bakery, butcher, cheese shop … the list goes on!
