Just 50 yards away, there is a path that leads you straight to East Sands beach, which leads you to the harbour and right in to the centre of town. Alternatively, a taxi in to the centre of town is just a £4. The New Inn pub is a mere two minute walk away, and Aldi, M&S and Morrisons are just around the corner.

In addition, there are lawned front gardens with a paved drive with ample space for parking up to 2 cars, alongside a lockable garage.

As you enter the property you are met by the spacious entrance hall. To the front of the property is the dining room, followed by the downstairs W.C. To the rear, there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen, with a rear door giving you access to the garden. Beside the kitchen, the spacious living area is perfect for an evening of winding down following a busy day. Just off the living room, a large conservatory area is accessed via sliding glass doors, which provides a further seating area and access to the rear garden.

Headed up the stairs in the entrance hall, the upstairs compromises of 3 double bedrooms with built in storage space. Off the master bedroom there is an en-suite shower room, alongside a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

All keys are collected from our main offices, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.

The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.


DIRECTIONS TO KINGASK OFFICE/RECEPTION:
  • From the Forth Road Bridge take the A92 and follow signs to St. Andrews.
  • Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd.
  • Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees).
  • Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception.
  • The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If you reach the "Fairmount Golf Hotel" then you have gone too far!

My family and I had a great holiday in St Andrews whilst staying at Kilrymont Crescent, the house was very spacious and spotlessly clean, it is situated within walking distance to the shops and the beach. The back garden was beautiful with a lovely little patio area. Would definitely recommend and would certainly return
