Situated beside Spinkie Den and a short walk from the Lade Braes, Windsor Gardens is idyllically based within a quiet residential area of St Andrews with all the town's amenities just a 25 minute walk away.

Benefitting from its residential location, the property boasts private parking for up to two cars, as well as a fully enclosed rear garden. As you enter the property, the hall gives you access to a utility room, equipped with a washer and dryer, and the spacious living area.

To the rear is the modern kitchen with an island and breakfast bar, fully equipped for all you need for a self-catered stay. Accessed through the kitchen, the dining area benefits from french doors giving access to the rear garden, as well as an additional seating area.

The stairs in the entrance hall takes you to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, sleeping up to five guests. The master double has its own modern en-suite shower room, and shared access to the walk in dressing room with the other double bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath.

All keys are collected from our main offices, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.

The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.


DIRECTIONS TO KINGASK OFFICE/RECEPTION:
  • From the Forth Road Bridge take the A92 and follow signs to St. Andrews.
  • Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd.
  • Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees).
  • Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception.
  • The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If you reach the "Fairmount Golf Hotel" then you have gone too far!

If there is nobody at the office when you arrive the keys will be in an envelope in the safety box outside with your name and property booked printed on it. This will also include detailed directions on how to get to the house.
