St Andrews Driving Range

Just a short walk away from the Eden Clubhouse, the St Andrews Links Golf Academy utilises cutting edge technology and world class instruction delivered by PGA professionals, proving itself to be the perfect place to enhance your game for golfers of all abilities and ages.

The Academy houses state of the art facilities, including a driving range with 60 flood-lit bays, 22 indoor bays and a TrackMan range. The TrackMan range can be used to follow personal data via the app on your phone in real time whilst using one of 32 eligible bays on site. The app enable players to analyse their shots, which includes the ball speed, launch angle, launch direct, height, carry and distance. The graphics are replications of the academy’s range, enabling the experience to come to life. There are games available which can be played alone or alongside friends. The Golf Academy was the first facility of its kind in the UK to implement such technologies.

For the less experienced golfers, do not let the state of the art facilities put you off. The practice range is open to players of all ability levels. There’s even a short game area which is great to put those practice shots to good use.

The Academy is open daily from 7am and 8pm. Prices are as follows:

To hire equipment from the club there is an additional charge of £3.00 per adult and free for juniors. For the short game area, charges are at £5.00 for adults, and £2.00 for juniors.

There is a wide range of tuition packages available for all ages, starting at £70, which can be tailored to suit your individual requirements. Our self catering holiday accommodations will be perfect for all golf players and enthusiasts.
