Finding Us

All keys are collected from our main office, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.

The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.

Directions to Kingask Office/Reception

Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd.
Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees).

Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception.

If you have Google Maps, enter ‘Kingask Properties’ and this will lead you straight to us! The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If you reach the “Fairmont Golf Hotel” then you have gone too far!

If there is nobody at the office when you arrive the keys will be in an envelope in the safety box outside with your name and property booked printed on it. This will also include detailed directions on how to get to the house.

We stayed at Meggie Allen’s with our three children and had a lovely weekend and instantly relaxed when we arrived. The setting is just beautiful and with the most stunning views.
The kids loved playing in the garden and on the swings. We all walked (including our 2 year old) down to Crail via the track from cottage. In Crail we found a great park with football pitch, tennis courts and an outside gym, which entertained the kids for ages.
The cottage itself was great, it was very clean and bright. The bathrooms were lovely and again spotless. Everything was lovely and clean and just the perfect size for us. The kitchen was lovely being open plan with the living room and is stocked more than most places we have stayed with kitchen roll, fairy liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets.
Highly recommend staying here if you want some time out and a beautiful place to stay. We called it a little peace of heaven and will definitely be back.


 
The Wayfarer's House
 

We’ve had the real pleasure of staying here both pre and post the renovations. We loved it before, but it really is fantastic now. The living space downstairs is a really good size, and the extra bedroom at the back is lovely. The house is clearly very well looked after, and the garden is a little sun trap – it might be 14oC at the beach, but it feels like 20oC in the garden! It’s proximity to the beach is excellent. All up, we loved our stay and look forward to our next St. Andrews visit.

Brooklands, 24 Hepburn Gardens
 

We stayed here over the Christmas break. The house was wonderful we loved the interior and what beautiful high ceilings. It was great to arrive to a warm and clean home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the lounge was comfortable as was the sofa bed. The bedrooms were well arranged and very spacious. The location was perfect everything was within walking distance so extremely convenient. All I have is positive feedback what a really wonderful place. ‎

The Old Vinery
 

We took a break in the East Neuk of Fife
Crail was the name of the village.
On arrival I was amazed at the house and surrounding area. We have 2 dogs and the property being pet friendly is very important to us. Lots of room in the property for everybody, nice central location for trips to the shops and a fantastic base for day trips to St.Andrews and other locations.
We would highly recommend renting from this company as they make sure everything is in place for a fab stay, but if there are any problems with the property you have contact details and they are very efficient in dealing with anything.
We cannot wait to return.
They also gave us lots of leaflets and information brochures to help plan activities as well
