Finding Us

All keys are collected from our main office, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.

The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.

Directions to Kingask Office/Reception

Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd.
Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees).

Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception.

If you have Google Maps, enter ‘Kingask Properties’ and this will lead you straight to us! The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If you reach the “Fairmont Golf Hotel” then you have gone too far!

If there is nobody at the office when you arrive the keys will be in an envelope in the safety box outside with your name and property booked printed on it. This will also include detailed directions on how to get to the house.


20 Murray Park

Thank you so much from our company! It was unforgettable, very hospitable host, the house has everything you need, clean and incredible atmosphere! Location of the house in the city centre. Thank you so much, the house is ideal for travelling with a big company!


The Wee House

The Wee House is in a prime location and immaculate. It had everything that we needed for our 5 night stay. Parking was a few minutes walk away which wasn’t a problem. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within a very short walk. We would definitely rent this property again.


East Castlemount

This location could not be more perfect. Views from the house are simply breathtaking.


The Golf Flat, Westburn Lane

Immaculately clean and superbly equipped property. Great location with main streets within easy walking distance. Comprehensive instructions for the appliances etc in manual and excellent information provided regarding amenities and restaurants etc. Very happy to recommend 1 Westburn Lane as a place to stay if visiting St Andrews, and plenty of space for 4 guests


Cradle Cottage

As the mother of the bride I was given the job of organising the accommodation for ‘the big day’. When we found the Kingask’s cottage literally a few hundred meters away we struck gold! They were cosy and had everything we could need for the weekend. We can’t thank Kingask enough for making everything so easy, all of the staff were so friendly and always happy to help with the endless amount of questions I had to ask whilst trying to coordinate everything. Highly recommend for those attending a wedding at The Cow Shed!


Kilrymont Crescent

My family and I had a great holiday in St Andrews whilst staying at 2Kilrymont Crescent, the house was very spacious and spotlessly clean, it is situated within walking distance to the shops and the beach. The back garden was beautiful with a lovely little patio area. Would definitely recommend and would certainly return
