Double Green House is set over 3 floors; entry is via an off-street level main door where you enter to a grand hallway with original, spiral staircase. The living, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom with en-suite are found on the first floor, Master bathroom with deluxe shower over bath can be found mid-way between the floors and a further 3 bedrooms are situated on the top floor (2 of which are ensuites).

This stunning apartment has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people in premium beds, which can be configured as either twins or superking depending on your preference. Three bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and the other bedroom has access to the Master Bathroom.

The apartment is flooded with light and every detail, items of furniture and appliances have been hand selected for guest comfort and enjoyment. Each and every piece is of the highest quality and craftsmanship and every mod con has been thought about. This house has been designed and curated for your enjoyment.

Golf groups, in particular, will be blown away by the proximity to the Old Course, with thoughtful storage for golf clubs and Sky Sports available for catching up on play, when you are off the course.

The best bars, restaurants and amenities that the town of St Andrews has to offer are literally on the doorstep. Further, the famous West Sands beach is just round the corner and St Andrews Castle , Cathedral and East Sands beach only a 5- 10 mins walk away.

The keys can be collected from the property itself, as there is is a lockbox where the keys are stored.

We will be in touch within the week prior to your arrival with directions to the property and a code to gain access to the lockbox. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM.

Alongside the amenities specific to this home included under the ‘facilities’ tab, the following will also be provided for your stay:

High quality 300 thread count Egypian Cotton bed linen
A fluffy white hand towel and bath towel per person, including a hand towel and bathmat for each bedroom
Bar of soap in each bathroom
Mini shower gel per person
One toilet roll per bathroom
A starter pack of kitchen essentials, including dishwashing soap, a few dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up sponge and a spare bin bag.
An iron and ironing board
Hairdryer

In addition, extras are available to add at the time of booking. These can be added up to a week prior to your arrival. These include:

Travel cot (linen not provided) £20.00
Highchair £20.00
Pet fee £30.00 per dog (applicable to dog friendly homes only)
Meet at the property service (available only within office hours) £25.00

Please do note, linen is not provided with the travel cots for safety reasons. If you pre-order these we will ensure they are set up in your house ready for your arrival. All items are hired at guest’s own risk

Bed configurations
Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. The configurations available for your home are outlined under the facilities and description tabs.

Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

Wonderful week of golf. Great place, and even better that it was walking distance to the Old Course. The weather was cooperative too – no need for the rain gear. For me, 76 years old and this was the golf trip of a lifetime.

So, we ended up here by accident as our tour organiser forgot to confirm the guest house booking, but we’re so glad he did. Eight golfers, three nights, such a perfect location, layout, specs, everything was perfect. We’re hoping to return this time next year.
