To the front of the property is a private driveway, which provides spaces for up to 3 cars. The garage come games room can also be access from the front of the property, which is equipped with a pool table and darts board.

The Old Vinery interior of The Old Vinery has been tastefully decorated throughout, with no detail overlooked. The ground floor encompasses; two twin bedrooms; a twin with bunk beds; a master double with an en-suite bathroom; and a separate family bathroom with a bath.

To the rear of the property, the open plan kitchen/diner boasts triangular windows, sky lights and French doors, allowing natural light to flood the room. The sun parlour just off the kitchen provide an additional ‘snug’ style lounge.

On the first floor, there is an additional double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate W.C. The remainder of this floor is occupied by the living room, boasting a bay window alcove where you can enjoy views of the sea.

The rear garden has brand new decking laid, providing an ideal space for enjoying the outdoors in its multiple seating areas.

With Crail harbour and Fife Coastal path just a short 5 minute walk away, all the local amenities are within easy access. The historic town of St Andrews is just a short 15 minute, scenic drive along the coast.

There is a lockbox at the property where keys are stored, so you can check yourself in upon arrival at 4pm. We will be in touch within the week of your arrival with the check in details.

Alongside the amenities specific to this home included under the ‘facilities’ tab, the following will also be provided for your stay:

High quality 300 thread count Egyptian Cotton bed linen
A fluffy white hand towel and bath towel per person, including a hand towel and bathmat for each bathroom
Bar of soap in each bathroom
Mini shower gel per person
Two toilet rolls per bathroom
A starter pack of kitchen essentials, including dishwashing soap, a few dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up sponge and a spare bin bag.
An iron and ironing board
Hairdryer

In addition, extras are available to add at the time of booking. These can be added up to a week prior to your arrival. These include:

Travel cot (linen not provided) £20.00
Highchair £20.00
Pet fee £30.00 per dog (applicable to dog friendly homes only)
Meet at the property service (available only within office hours) £25.00

Please do note, linen is not provided with the travel cots for safety reasons. If you pre-order these we will ensure they are set up in your house ready for your arrival. All items are hired at guest’s own risk

Bed configurations
Please be advised that beds are set as standard, therefore the configurations cannot be altered and bed setup requests are not possible.

Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

Had a great stay at the Old Vinery in Crail.
Marvelous house. Well equipped and organized and in a great location.
We had a toddler with us who really enjoyed playing in the enclosed garden.

We stayed in The Old Vinery Crail which was very comfortable and plenty of room for extended family of 10. Well stocked kitchen ,great bed linen and fluffy towels. Handy games room and enclosed garden. One more shower room would be useful. Good location. Kingask very helpful at answering any enquiries and communication was excellent before during and after our stay. Would definitely book with them again.

We had a fabulous stay at the Old Vinery. The house is spacious, well equipped and luxurious. A perfect base for larger groups and families to explore the East Neuk with wonderful outdoor space and only minutes to walk to the seaside.

We had a lovely family stay at The Old Vinery in Crail over the festive period. The house was perfect for our family and we would highly recommend. The location was perfect for local walks and a short trip to St Andrews. The interior was very tastefully decorated and we especially loved the layout in the kitchen/dining area. Thanks also for putting up the beautiful Christmas tree for us, it certainly was a nice touch especially on Christmas morning. Thanks again and I have also recommended this property to some friends.

We had a ball. Roomy, comfy, plenty of common area(s). Close enough to town to walk to pub and Co-op. Close to fantastic golf courses. Could not have been better

Our family gathering was a lovely experience as the house fitted us perfectly, numbers of bedrooms, plenty of space to spread out and disappear upstairs to the delightful living room and snug. The enclosed garden was a great benefit to the little ones and the games room in the garage was a great hit.

The preparation from the cleaning team was excellent.

The simplicity of booking and all administrations were covered effortless. I will certainly be looking to book with Kingask in the future.
