This charming, semi-detached two-bedroom cottage is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just a 5 minute walk to the centre of St Andrews.
9 Park Street is the perfect retreat for groups of up to 4 friends, golfers or small families. Dogs are welcome too, so feel free to bring your four-legged friends along.
All of St Andrews’ amenities are easily accessible from this hidden gem, with easy walking access along the beautiful Kinnessburn straight to the shops, restaurants, bars, golf courses, University buildings and Botanic Gardens. 9 Park Street is ideally situated to be able to explore all this medieval town has to offer, whilst still being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of this secluded corner of town.
You enter through the front garden to the vestibule. The hall gives you access to both double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living/dining area.
The living/dining area comes equipped with a smart TV, allowing guests access to live channels, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime. The contemporary kitchen has all that is necessary for your stay, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher, so there is no need to argue over who is doing the dishes on holiday! The bathroom is fitted with a modern, built in suite and a shower over bath.
The back door in the kitchen leads you to the private, secure, paved rear garden. There is a large outdoor seating/dining area for you to enjoy the sun throughout the day, read a book or let the kids play while you relax.
There is also free on street parking available directly outside the property, with space to park multiple cars.

There is a lockbox at this property where keys are stored. We will be in touch around a week prior to your arrival to confirm check in details.
Alongside the amenities specific to this home included under the ‘facilities’ tab, the following will also be provided for your stay:
  • High quality 300 thread count Egypian Cotton bed linen
  • A fluffy white hand towel and bath towel per person, including a hand towel and bathmat for each bathroom
  • Bar of soap in each bathroom
  • Mini shower gel per person
  • One toilet roll per bathroom
  • A starter pack of kitchen essentials, including dishwashing soap, a few dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up sponge and a spare bin bag.
  • An iron and ironing board
  • Hairdryer
In addition, extras are available to add at the time of booking. These can be added up to a week prior to your arrival. These include:
  • Travel cot (linen not provided) £20.00
  • Highchair £20.00
  • Pet fee £30.00 per dog (applicable to dog friendly homes only)
  • Meet at the property service (available only within office hours) £25.00
Please do note, linen is not provided with the travel cots for safety reasons. If you pre-order these we will ensure they are set up in your house ready for your arrival. All items are hired at guest’s own risk

Bed configurations
Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. The configurations available for your home are outlined under the facilities and description tabs.

Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

9 Park Street is a lovely property to stay in. I believe we may be one of the first guests. Decorated to a lovely fresh, modern and relaxing feel. Perfect for holidays, with everything needed there – and lovely and new.

A great location with parking outside. Appreciated the garden too. We would consider another stay at Park Street very soon!

9 Park Street was to our expectation: very conveniently located, clean, spacious and with complete amenities & appliances.  Questions to the service team were answered quickly and and the team was very helpful.

We also took advantage of the discounts given to Kingask’s guests by playing a few rounds of golf at the amazing Fairmont St Andrews, which is only a 10-minute drive from the apartment.

In summary, we would book an apartment via Kingask again if we travel to St Andrews in the future.  Thank you for making our trip comfortable.
