Located in an established residential area of St Andrews, close to the Lade Braes it is a 10-minute drive, or a 25-minute walk, from the amenities of the historic town centre. Offering the perfect combination of space and peaceful surroundings the property is a welcoming retreat for those looking for a relaxing break.

A private driveway gives parking for up to two cars and additional unrestricted on-street parking is available directly in front of the property. The entrance vestibule opens on to a central hallway, giving access to the living and dining space, and a separate newly fitted kitchen, with modern appliances. Off the kitchen is a useful utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and additional fridge-freezer.

Upstairs, the house has five bedrooms over two floors. Three of the rooms are presented in a twin bed arrangement, whilst the remaining two bedrooms each have a king-sized bed. A separate ‘snug’ living room also has a sofa bed, which is available on request, to accommodate additional guests.

The private garden is a fantastic outdoor space, perfect for both al-fresco dining, rest and play. It also provides a great area for pets, making the property an excellent choice for those travelling with furry companions

Board games and an indoor ping-pong table provide the ideal opportunity for friendly tournaments and family fun.

PET FRIENDLY 
The keys can be collected from the property itself, as there is is a lockbox where the keys are stored.

We will be in touch a week or so prior to your arrival with directions to the property and a code to gain access to the lockbox. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM.
Alongside the amenities specific to this home included under the ‘facilities’ tab, the following will also be provided for your stay:
  • High quality 300 thread count Egyptian Cotton bed linen
  • A fluffy white hand towel and bath towel per person, including a hand towel and bathmat for each bathroom
  • Bar of soap in each bathroom
  • Mini shower gel per person
  • One toilet roll per bathroom
  • A starter pack of kitchen essentials, including dishwashing soap, a few dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up sponge and a spare bin bag.
  • An iron and ironing board
  • Hairdryer
In addition, extras are available to add at the time of booking. These can be added up to a week prior to your arrival. These include:
  • Travel cot (linen not provided) £20.00
  • Highchair £20.00
  • Pet fee £30.00 per dog (applicable to dog friendly homes only)
  • Meet at the property service (available only within office hours) £25.00
Please do note, linen is not provided with the travel cots for safety reasons. If you pre-order these we will ensure they are set up in your house ready for your arrival. All items are hired at guest’s own risk

Bed configurations
Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. The configurations available for your home are outlined under the facilities and description tabs.

Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

Our multi generational family stayed at Lawhead Road, St.Andrews. The house was clean with everything you could need and well situated a short drive into St. Andrew’s town centre and the beautiful East Neuk beach. The large enclosed garden was fully appreciated by the 4 children as was the table tennis. A day was spent at Cairnie fruit farm where there is plenty for children to do. Well worth a visit. Kingask property were very responsive to deal with a minor plumbing issue within hours.

We stayed here with another family when dropping our son off for his fresher year. It was even better than expected! There are two completely separate sides of the house with their own staircases and each with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, so it’s perfect for sharing. It was also great to have a full size washer and dryer. Lovely kitchen, living room and garden as well.
