Located only a 5 minutes’ walk from South Street, the delights St Andrews has to offer is right on its doorstep.

Being situated on a quiet street, 1 West Burn Lane is a nice, homely escape from the buzz in St Andrews. However, if it’s bars and restaurants you want, these are in abundance within walking distance.

Parking spaces are highly sought after in St Andrews and 1 West Burn Lane offers private parking, directly accessible from its front door.

All keys are collected from our main offices, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.

The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.


DIRECTIONS TO KINGASK OFFICE/RECEPTION:
  • From the Forth Road Bridge take the A92 and follow signs to St. Andrews.
  • Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd.
  • Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees).
  • Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception.
  • The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If you reach the "Fairmount Golf Hotel" then you have gone too far!

If there is nobody at the office when you arrive the keys will be in an envelope in the safety box outside with your name and property booked printed on it. This will also include detailed directions on how to get to the house.

A lovely modern ground floor flat and well equipped and furnished. It’s also in the perfect location – a tranquil spot but only minutes walk to the town. Two other major pluses – a private parking spot at the door and dog friendly.

On the day of our arrival, I hadn’t replied to the email that morning from the letting agency, they called to ensure everything was ok, I liked that bit of thoughtfulness. it was a fantastic property would highly recommend and hope to return.

Being in St Andrews, the Golf Flat is the perfect place to stay. Everything was clean, tidy and well prepared. We really had an amazing time. Would always chose to come here again once being back in St Andrews!
