Set across three floors; entry is off a street-level main door, where you are greeted by the bright and spacious entrance hall, with plenty of space for storage of golf clubs. There is also a downstairs WC and hand wash basin off the hall. Toward the rear, there is a cosy, open plan living, kitchen and diner. The lounge area is equipped with a log burning stove, which you can make full use of on a chilly winter's day. The kitchen to the rear is fully equipped with all you could need for your self-catered stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The back door in the kitchen opens out to the property's private, south facing courtyard, with outdoor furniture you can utilise.

The four bedrooms are split equally between the second and third floors - the second consiting of two doubles and a walk in shower room, and third one double, one king, and an additional shower room.

This stylish home is the perfect base for families or golfing groups alike, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in a prime location.

There is metered parking outside the property - £1.10 per hour from 9am until 6pm - if you pay for 2 hours parking after 6pm you can leave your car until 11am the next day!

The keys can be collected from the property itself, as there is is a lockbox where the keys are stored.

We will be in touch within the week prior to your arrival with directions to the property and a code to gain access to the lockbox. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM.
Alongside the amenities specific to this home included under the ‘facilities’ tab, the following will also be provided for your stay:
  • High quality 300 thread count Egyptian Cotton bed linen
  • A fluffy white hand towel and bath towel per person, including a hand towel and bathmat for each bedroom
  • Bar of soap in each bathroom
  • Mini shower gel per person
  • One toilet roll per bathroom
  • A starter pack of kitchen essentials, including dishwashing soap, a few dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up sponge and a spare bin bag.
  • An iron and ironing board

In addition, extras are available to add at the time of booking. These can be added up to a week prior to your arrival. These include:
  • Travel cot (linen not provided) £20.00
  • Highchair £20.00
  • Pet fee £30.00 per dog (applicable to dog friendly homes only)
  • Meet at the property service (available only within office hours) £25.00
Please do note, linen is not provided with the travel cots for safety reasons. If you pre-order these we will ensure they are set up in your house ready for your arrival. All items are hired at guest’s own risk

Bed configurations
Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. The configurations available for your home are outlined under the facilities and description tabs.

Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

Stunning house in a great location! Exactly as pictured and described and couldn’t have been happier with it. Plenty of information from the host and I know if I’d have needed it they would have answered any queries/questions.
