Step into this beautifully presented, compact and cosy two storey, two-bedroom apartment located on Crail's Lane, in the centre of St Andrews. Originally built in the 19th century, this historic residence has been beautifully renovated to combine timeless elegance with modern convenience.

The ground floor comprises a bedroom which can be configured as twins or one large double. Upstairs on the first floor is the open-plan living area boasting a small, contemporary kitchen fitted with high-end Smeg appliances and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring or golfing. There is also a modern stand-alone bathroom and a second bedroom, which can be arranged as a single bed or a neat, small double.

With its central location and entrances from both South Street and Market street, you'll be just strides away from St Andrews' renowned golf courses, beautiful beaches, and vibrant local shops and restaurants. Whether you are here for a relaxing getaway, a golf trip, or to explore the rich history of the town, this apartment offers a wonderful, convenient base to make your St Andrews experience truly exceptional!

13 Crails Lane is set accross two levels and briefly consists of:

Ground floor:

  • 1 Twin or Double bedroom.

First Floor:
  • Open plan living/kitchen/dining room.
  • Single or small double bedroom.
  • Separate shower room with W.C

If you have a larger party, up to 8 people, 13 Crail’s Lane (sleeps 4) can be rented alongside the property next door, 11 Crail’s Lane (sleeps 5) for a perfect group stay

The keys can be collected from the property itself, as there is is a lockbox where the keys are stored.

We will be in touch a week or so prior to your arrival with directions to the property and a code to gain access to the lockbox. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM.
Alongside the amenities specific to this home included under the ‘facilities’ tab, the following will also be provided for your stay:
  • High quality 300 thread count Egyptian Cotton bed linen
  • A fluffy white hand towel and bath towel per person, including a hand towel and bathmat for each bathroom
  • Bar of soap in each bathroom
  • Mini shower gel per person
  • One toilet roll per bathroom
  • A starter pack of kitchen essentials, including dishwashing soap, a few dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up sponge and a spare bin bag.
  • An iron and ironing board
  • Hairdryer
In addition, extras are available to add at the time of booking. These can be added up to a week prior to your arrival. These include:
  • Travel cot (linen not provided) £20.00
  • Highchair £20.00
  • Pet fee £30.00 per dog (applicable to dog friendly homes only)
  • Meet at the property service (available only within office hours) £25.00
Please do note, linen is not provided with the travel cots for safety reasons. If you pre-order these we will ensure they are set up in your house ready for your arrival. All items are hired at guest’s own risk

Bed configurations
Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. The configurations available for your home are outlined under the facilities and description tabs.

Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.
