This property is bright and modern and decorated to a high spec. It is entered via a spacious entrance hall which benefits from a large skylight, allowing natural light to flood the apartment. Towards the front of the apartment is the heart of the home – the open plan living, diner and kitchen. With floor to ceiling windows and double doors spanning to length of the back wall, panoramic views seas can be enjoyed from all angles. The private balcony can be accessed from the living room, where you can enjoy uninterrupted views out towards of the world famous The Old Course, West Sands beach and Royal and Ancient clubhouse.

The front bedroom (which can be configured as a twin or superking) further benefits from sea views, with two more super king or twin bedrooms towards the rear, one of which has an en-suite with a shower over the bath.

The master bathroom situated just off the entrance hall is also equipped with a modern shower suite.

There is free parking available all along The Scores, as well as Murray Park just around the corner. All of St Andrews’ most popular bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops are just a short 2-minute walk away. Six out of 7 of the St Andrews Links golf courses are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The keys can be collected from the property itself, as there is is a lockbox where the keys are stored.

We will be in touch a week or so prior to your arrival with directions to the property and a code to gain access to the lockbox. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM.
Alongside the amenities specific to this home included under the ‘facilities’ tab, the following will also be provided for your stay:
  • High quality 300 thread count Egyptian Cotton bed linen
  • A fluffy white hand towel and bath towel per person, including a hand towel and bathmat for each bathroom
  • Bar of soap in each bathroom
  • Mini shower gel per person
  • One toilet roll per bathroom
  • A starter pack of kitchen essentials, including dishwashing soap, a few dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up sponge and a spare bin bag.
  • An iron and ironing board
  • Hairdryer
In addition, extras are available to add at the time of booking. These can be added up to a week prior to your arrival. These include:
  • Travel cot (linen not provided) £20.00
  • Highchair £20.00
  • Pet fee £30.00 per dog (applicable to dog friendly homes only)
  • Meet at the property service (available only within office hours) £25.00
Please do note, linen is not provided with the travel cots for safety reasons. If you pre-order these we will ensure they are set up in your house ready for your arrival. All items are hired at guest’s own risk

Bed configurations
Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. The configurations available for your home are outlined under the facilities and description tabs.

Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

Beautiful views, very walkable to town (restaurants, Old Course, pubs, the ruins, University) and was as advertised. We had 5 adults and one child and we fit perfectly. We had them arrange the beds for our guest count prior. They even provided a pack n play for our toddler. It’s nice having a kitchen and two bathrooms (each with a shower, one tub). We did have to go to the store to buy our essentials as needed during our stay including hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper but that was fine by us. The location is unbeatable. There are many stairs to access the condo so keep that in mind. We will be back if ever in St. Andrews!

Literally five stars all around. The view, cleanliness, amazing location, clean design, kitchen, the value, not to mention prompt responses from Kingask …. We will be traveling to St. Andrews over the next four years and wouldn’t even look beyond this spot!
