All keys are collected from our main offices, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.

The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.

  • From the Forth Road Bridge take the A92 and follow signs to St. Andrews.
  • Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd.
  • Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees).
  • Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception.
  • The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If you reach the "Fairmount Golf Hotel" then you have gone too far!

If there is nobody at the office when you arrive the keys will be in an envelope in the safety box outside with your name and property booked printed on it. This will also include detailed directions on how to get to the house.

We were staying in Howard place for my brother in laws wedding. The house was amazing for a large family would highly recommend. The house was in the perfect location with the beach and old course a 5 min walk and the high street round the corner! We’ll definitely be back thanks to the king ask team they were fab!

Large character property located in the heart of St Andrews

Imposing and welcoming property ideal for large families with children and pets. The location is perfect having the beach, the world famous golf courses and the beautiful town centre all within a stones throw. We spent 2 days walking around all that St Andrews had to offer before taking a short car trip on day 3 to visit the small, idyllic harbour at Crail to enjoy some freshly caught lobster and crab!
We will certainly visit again as there is still so much to see and do as we ran out of time. Very many thanks to Kingask for an exceptional service and we look forward to seeing you again sometime soon.
