Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, with an additional fifth bathroom providing extra convenience for guests.

The grand drawing room sits on the ground floor and is one of the highlights of the house. With high ceilings, intricate cornicing, a gas fire and two large east-facing sash windows overlooking Howard Place and Hope Street, it is an inviting space to unwind after a day exploring St Andrews or playing one of its world-class golf courses.

The ground floor also hosts two superking or twin bedrooms, one en-suite, and the other with its own dedicated shower room adjacent.

Moving downstairs brings you to the heart of the property with a stunning, large open-plan kitchen and dining area.

A bright, social space the kitchen has all mod-cons and the luxe dining area seats 10 comfortably.   • A fluffy white hand towel and bath towel per person, including a hand towel and bathmat for each bathroom

  • Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap
  • 2 toilet rolls per bathroom
  • A starter pack of kitchen essentials, including washing up liquid, washing scrubber, liquid soap, antibacterial wipes, 2 x tea towels, laundry liquid, bin bags, some nespresso capsules, kitchen roll, kitchen cleaner and cloth, foil and Salt and pepper

Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.
