The house was lovely and spacious, very clean & comfortable. Its location was also good, nice & quiet and an easy walk into town. The grassed area/lane beyond the rear of the property was a good place for a quick exercising of the dog.

Yes, back again for a long weekend at Kilrymont view and had a lovely break. The house is exactly like the photographs, and becoming like a home from home after several visits! We managed to visit Bowhouse market in St Monans, well worth the (only) 12 mile drive, lots of delicious food and drinks etc. Great walks along the beaches, pootling around town, ice cream at Janettas and of course lunch at the Cheesy Toasty Shack(an umbrella keeps the seagulls away????) Also fab seafood at Tailend restaurant, first visit and won’t be the last. Lunch also at Northpoint Cafe was excellent. The weather was brilliant, blue sky all the way, but hat and scarf came in handy! Praise for Megan at Kingask who helped promptly when the central heating boiler developed a fault. She had us warm and comfortable asap. I’m looking at dates for another visit….????

we had a fantastic week and despite the really rotten, and unseasonably rainy, weather we managed to get lots of walks to the East Sands and the main town of St Andrews. The location is very good and everything is within walking distance. The property is great and you have everything you will ever need and lots of space to move about. The beds are very comfortable . The extended part of the house is wonderful and with two big dogs we had loads of room. thoroughly recommend for dog owners and also for golfers. will be back again for sure in the summer.

House was exactly like photographs, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Keys easily collected from offices relatively nearby and the bags of doggy treats for my daughters dogs were a nice touch. Approx ten minutes walk to harbour, further five minutes or so into town, depending on how many times you stop to admire the views! Weather was good for November, cold but with stunning clear blue skies. Central heating kept us cosy and we loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom!
I would certainly recommend this house for a relaxing break, and the scenery along the coast was food for the soul. We will be back!
