Bed configurations
Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. The configurations available for your home are outlined under the facilities and description tabs.
Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.
Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

Below was my review from 2025. We liked it so much we returned in 2026. Nothing to add to review below as everything below still applies. Hoping to come back again in the future, the house is lovely and St Andrews is a great place to visit. Definitely recommended.
2025: Booked Kilrymont View for a trip to St Andrews with our 2 small dogs. The property did not disappoint. Great open plan living area, everything required was provided for a weeks’ self catering stay, beautiful bathroom, and bedrooms. Private secure garden for the dogs, and a drive to get car off road. Very well presented, clean and good quality furnishings. Great location, 10 mins walk to the beautiful East Sands beach, where you could walk to the harbour, castle and cathedral, then into town. Perfect location. Kingask were very helpful in the run up to our trip answering any queries I had. We didn’t contact them whilst there as there were absolutely no issues. Lovely accommodation, and great company to deal with. Would definitely recommend, and would love to visit again. thank you.
We have just spent 3 nights at Kingask. Beautiful house. Modern, clean, had everything you needed. We loved the extension area , very bright and warm!
We had a lovely stay in St Andrews, the house was a lovely space for a couple of days.
It is stunning, comfortable beds excellent family space and well equipped. The location is perfect close to the park, beach and an easy stroll to town. Wonderful stay, hope to return in the future.
Absolutely loved this place. It’s a very comfortable house, comfortable beds, nice big living room, and a wonderful, grassy outdoor space for the pup. Easily walkable to pretty much everything, and with parking too. Communication with the host was fantasic as well. We were so sad to leave! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kilrymont View, house was very well equipped, furnished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings and was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the very sunny garden too!
Sad to be leaving and would definitely plan to return.
