Bed configurations
Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. The configurations available for your home are outlined under the facilities and description tabs.
Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.
Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

Great location, close to the old course and easy to walk around town. Easy in an out, plenty of space.
Our stay at 10A Golf Place was absolutely outstanding and exceeded every expectation.The location simply can’t be beaten—just steps from the Old Course, the R&A, and all of the fantastic pubs, restaurants, and shops that make St Andrews so special. The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, whether relaxing after a day on the golf course or enjoying time together in the evenings. The hosts were wonderful to work with, providing excellent communication and making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.
For any golfer, this is a dream location, but it’s equally perfect for anyone wanting to experience the charm and history of St Andrews. We made memories that will last a lifetime and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend 10A Golf Place—we can’t wait to come back!
This was an awesome place. Much more space than our family needed and didn’t even get to use all of it. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and gave recommendations when needed. Location was one of the best things. It was a pitching wedge distance to the 18th green of Old Course. We’ll be back!
This was, by far, our favorite place to stay during our trip! So glad that we booked it. It was absolutely beautiful and if we return to St. Andrew’s, we will definitely try to book this stunning home with its amazing location again! From the convenient location, to the spacious rooms with comfy beds, to the outside roof deck with its incredible views, to the proximity to everything that we wanted to do, this place exceeded our expectations! And Anna and the Kingask team, is second to none. Responsive, proactive and courteous professionals who just enhanced our stay even more! We would highly recommend this place and really hope that we can return again (in warmer months) to this picturesque town!!

What a great location for a trip to St Andrews. The facility was everything we expected. We had six , but 8 would work fine. Walking distance to every thing . One minute to The Old Course , ten minutes to Market Street , the roof top patio was great also with views of the old course! Bedrooms had plenty of room and bathrooms were very nice . Two living rooms were nice size . Definitely would stay there again
Fantastic golf trip!! First trip to St Andrew’s and couldn’t have been any better. Would have had to sleep on the 1st tee of Old Course to be any closer! Check-in was perfect. Unit was more than spacious for 4 of us. Clean with better showers than I have at my home. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on next trip
