Recently renovated and refurbished cottage situated off a farm track with gorgeous views out over the Firth of Forth and May Isle. This property is all on one level and has a private enclosed garden and comfortable outdoor seating area. The house has been cleverly furnished with a lot of the furniture being created out of gorgeous pieces of wood and shed doors. A rustic gem perfect for large groups and families.
The house comprises of 4 double en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which can be made into twins and a further sofa bed. There is also an additional master bathroom. The open plan kitchen/living/dining room has everything a group of friends, family or wedding party would need, including a bottle cooler and there is also a further smaller public living space for extra space.

All keys are collected from our main offices, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.

The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.


DIRECTIONS TO KINGASK OFFICE/RECEPTION:
  • From the Forth Road Bridge take the A92 and follow signs to St. Andrews.
  • Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd.
  • Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees).
  • Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception.
  • The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If you reach the "Fairmount Golf Hotel" then you have gone too far!

If there is nobody at the office when you arrive the keys will be in an envelope in the safety box outside with your name and property booked printed on it. This will also include detailed directions on how to get to the house.

Me and my husband were lucky enough to attend a wedding at the cow shed in Crail recently and stayed in Mick’s Cottage with some friends. En suites in every room and brand new everything else, total luxury, wish we’d been staying longer. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. 5 out of 5.

Had a fantastic stay at Mick’s Cottage in Crail. The 4 of us each enjoyed having our own bedroom with en-suite facilities whilst having the open shared space of the lounge/dining room/kitchen to socialise together. It was within walking distance of Crail and accessing the coastal paths.
Kingask Properties who manage the bookings were very friendly and helpful.
