Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.
Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

Can’t recommend this place enough for golfers playing St. Andrews. It is in an ideal centralized location; a block away from the Old Course, a block away from the Dunvegan, and just a couple blocks from all the great restaurants and pubs St. Andrews has to offer. Close to the action but it’s nestled in a small Wynd that is removed enough so it is quiet. We were able to comfortably sleep our foursome, it was clean and comfortable. Host was prompt in their responses and helpful with recommendations. Would love to stay here again for our next trip to St. Andrews.
Very comfortable house in a perfect spot in St Andrews. Close to all the attractions of the town but has a lovely, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Felt like quite a luxurious stay!

The perfect place to stay in St Andrews. Excellent location, close to the beach and town centre. Fabulous house – spotless, very well equipped, comfy beds and lovely garden.
We loved our stay. The cottage is in immaculate condition and there was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children staying. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are modern with excellent shower facilities. The living area and kitchen help to give it a real family feel as people are preparing food or tidying up from meals. The location itself is incredible. The views from The Scores and proximity to The Old Course and the West sands was a massive factor in our enjoyment. I can also thoroughly recommend the options for eating out around the old town. There are numerous restaurants to suit all preferences and we were delighted with every meal we had. Forgan’s was probably the best meal that we had and is worth booking. Little Italy was also well worth a visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future!
