Bed configurations
Please let us know your preferred bed configurations (e.g. twin or Superking) no later than a week prior to your arrival date, if we do not receive this information by this date we shall set beds up as twins as standard. Check in/ check out
Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm and check out is 10am.
Should you require a later check out or early check in, this will be entirely dependent on when previous guests depart, or the next guests arrive.
Please call us a day or so prior to arrival should you wish to check in early. Should a later check out be required and we are able accommodate this, a charge of £40.00 will apply up to 12pm. If you would like to check out later than 12pm, an extra night will be charged.

A very well located cottage in the centre of St Andrews. Walkable to all that we needed. The cottage itself was in a great condition and very clean. Comfortable beds and excellent water pressure for the showers. Overall a lovely stay and the host was helpful, responsive and friendly.
Fantastic short stay. Accommodation exactly as described with everything we needed and super cosy on a cold but beautiful February weekend. Great to be close to town and beaches and not need the car once there.
What an incredible holiday bolt hole!! Fantastic location close to everything in beautiful St.Andrews. Like all good holiday lets the owners have thought of everything but Steprock Cottage had just that little bit more with its homely feel and stylish interior.
Lovely cottage within spitting distance of the R&A. Cosy and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Two good bathrooms. Thoroughly recommended.
The cottage was perfect. Cute and quaint and perfect for a family with small children. The location was incredibly central and right on the old course, perfect for golfers. Simply awesome.

Dad, son, wife + daughter go to St Andrews! Played many courses including Carnoustie, New Course and Old Course! Steprock Cottage was wonderful! Great memories made here! We will be back someday!
