A lovely modern ground floor flat and well equipped and furnished. It’s also in the perfect location – a tranquil spot but only minutes walk to the town. Two other major pluses – a private parking spot at the door and dog friendly.

I recently booked Birchwood House through Kingask St Andrews for a group of 12 friends, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic.

In the buildup to our trip, I had a lot of questions, and the team at Kingask was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful. They made the whole booking and planning process completely stress-free.

The house itself was amazing and absolutely perfect for a large group. We configured the rooms as 4 doubles and 4 singles, which worked brilliantly and gave everyone a comfortable setup. The living space is huge and welcoming, and the dining area was a massive highlight—we stayed in for dinner one night and it was the perfect space for all 12 of us to gather, eat, and laugh.

To top it all off, the views from the property are stunning, and the location is perfect for exploring St. Andrews.

30 Lade Braes was just spectacular. It was in immaculate condition and could not be better situated as a place to relax when we weren’t playing golf, or out having meals and the occasional stop at a pub. The neighbourhood was spectacular, a close walk to anywhere in town, yet feeling of being in the middle of the country.
